Additional photos of Nuevo San Juan
Vista from the ridge after a late summer rain.  The desert landscape seems to grow and turn
green right before your eyes!  Wildflowers, verdant foliage and butterflies will appear for a
few days to several weeks after a good soak.  In the far distance is Punta Arena extending
eastward into the Sea of Cortez.  The sandy point in the near distance is Las Barracas.
View from the southern hill on the property.  Note the reef structures paralleling the coast.
These reefs offer wonderful snorkeling right from the beach.  Throughout the year the
beach sand moves with the currents and winds lifting and depositing sand parcels along the
shoreline.  In the near distance is Las Barracas.
Fence line on the property showing vegetation shortly after a
good late summer rain.  This crazy desert changes seasonally
and is amazing to watch!
